                  Physical Therapists - Provide treatment and pain management to help restore function and maximum performance. 
                  Speech Therapists - Provide restorative care for speech, hearing, swallowing, and language dysfunctions.  
                  Medical Social Workers - Identify problems, assist with referrals and provide assistance to obtain other community resources. 
                  Home Health Aides - Assistance with skilled activities of daily living such as bathing, oral hygiene, and grooming.
